I've always been crazy about organizing and planning, and in my book, every special event should be nothing short of amazing. I kicked off my journey in the wedding scene, and totally fell for it, but soon realized I wanted to bring that same level of intricacy to smaller events. That's when Eventaholics came to life in 2017!

Q: How do I book?

Head to our ‘contact us’ page and fill out the form or contact us directly via email, WhatsApp or our Instagram page @eventaholics for a quicker response.


Q: Do you provide helium-filled balloons?

Due to the rising prices of Helium we no longer offer this prices and have alternative air designs to offer our clients for a more affordable option.

Q: Can I customize the colors and themes of the balloons?

Absolutely! We love creating unique and personalized designs. Let us know your color scheme and theme preferences, and we'll work our magic.

Q: How far in advance do i have to book my event and ballon decor?

Ideally as soon as possible, we require around 3 weeks minimum lead time for any print works. Any bookings made with less then 3 weeks from the event date may incur a surcharge.

Q: Are your balloons biodegradable?

Yes, we prioritize eco-friendly options. Our latex balloons are biodegradable, and we strive to use sustainable practices in our balloon creations.

Q; Do you require a deposit to book

Yes we require a £100 non refundable deposit to secure your booking. Bookings that include hire items will also include a refundable damage deposit

Q: How far in advance should I book your wedding or event management services?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date. However, we understand that sometimes events come up last minute, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Q: Is a consultation free ?

Yes, you can book a 30 minute free no obligation discovery call with our head planner Ruth. This is just to go over your main requirements and making sure we are the perfect fit for your Big day

Q: How involved will I be in the planning process?

Your level of involvement is entirely up to you. We tailor our services to meet your needs, whether you prefer hands-on collaboration or a more hands-off approach. It's your special day, and we're here to make it exactly how you envision.

Q: Can you assist with both small and large weddings & events?

Absolutely! Whether it's an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, we have the expertise to make every event special.

Q: What is the typical timeline for wedding planning?

The timeline varies based on the complexity of the event and the time available. Ideally, we recommend starting the planning process 12-18 months before the wedding date, but we can accommodate shorter timelines as needed.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we understand that wedding & event expenses can be significant. We offer flexible payment plans to make the investment in our services more manageable for our clients.
